What the The 3‑Month package includes
Phase 1: Map your transition
You and Dr. Deb map what has changed, what you are holding, and what you are worried about. You name your supports and constraints and identify what would make the next three months feel meaningful and doable.
Phase 2: Clarify what you want
Through guided questions and reflective exercises, you explore your values, non‑negotiables, and possibilities. You begin to sketch one or two realistic directions, rather than trying to solve everything at once.
Phase 3: Design what’s next
You turn insights into small, concrete experiments—conversations to have, boundaries to test, routines to shift, environments to try. Dr. Deb helps you track what works, what doesn’t, and how to adjust without losing yourself.
Some packages may include light between‑session email check‑ins for accountability and support, agreed upon at the start of the work.
