You might be here because…

  • Life looks okay from the outside, but inside you feel anxious, depleted, or on edge.
  • A major life event—loss, breakup, move, illness, or crisis—has left you disoriented or stuck.
  • Old patterns keep repeating in your relationships, work, or self‑talk, even though you “know better.”
  • You have tried managing on your own and now want structured support from an experienced therapist.

How the 8‑Session Foundations Track works

Session 1-2: Stabilize

You and Dr. Deb get clear on what brings you here, your history, and what “better” would look like for you. Together you focus on immediate relief: grounding tools, nervous system support, and small shifts that make daily life more manageable.

Sessions 3–5: Understand your patterns

You begin to notice how past experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns show up today. Dr. Deb draws from approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, trauma‑informed care, and parts‑informed work to help you see the shape of your story with more compassion and clarity.

Sessions 6–8: Build foundations for change

You experiment with new skills and ways of responding: boundary‑setting, communication tools, self‑soothing practices, and more sustainable rhythms. Session 8 includes a review of what has shifted and a conversation about whether continued therapy makes sense for you right now.

Approaches and style

Dr. Deb combines deep presence with practical tools, informed by CBT, mindfulness‑based approaches, somatic awareness, trauma‑informed practice, Internal Family Systems–informed work, and Buddhist psychology. Sessions are collaborative and grounded, with room for both big feelings and concrete next steps.
